Before getting in touch, it helps to know what this site can and cannot do. We are an independent reference, so we have no access to Gentleman Jim accounts, balances, transaction histories or verification documents. The quickest route to an answer depends on what you need.
An account balance or a withdrawal

Contact Lovell Brothers Limited, the company that operated the brand, using the email address from your account messages or receipts. Include your username, the balance you expect and the card or bank account it should be returned to. Keep copies of everything you send and receive.
If you no longer have access to that email account, write from the address you use now and include details you can confirm, such as your full name, date of birth and the last four digits of the card you used. Allow a reasonable time for a reply before escalating, and never pay a fee to anyone who offers to recover the balance for you.
A complaint that was not resolved
If the operator has not settled your complaint within eight weeks, you can take it to an independent alternative dispute resolution service such as IBAS, which reviews unresolved gambling complaints free of charge.
Support with gambling
GamCare, BeGambleAware and Gamblers Anonymous offer free, confidential help, and our responsible gaming page explains the self-exclusion and blocking tools available in Britain.
Corrections to this site
If something on these pages is out of date, the most useful report names the page, the detail concerned and a public source that shows the correct information. We never ask for account details, passwords or documents, so please do not send them to anyone who claims to act for this site.
