Data that reaches our server
Like every website, our hosting server receives technical details with each request: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and the browser and device type your software reports. These details are kept in standard server logs so that the site can run securely and errors can be traced. The logs are not combined with other data, not used to build profiles, and deleted on a rolling basis after a short retention period.
Data we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, account details or payment information, and you should never send us old Gentleman Jim login details. If a site asks for those details in the brand's name, it is not connected to us or to the original operator.
Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data. Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf under a contract that requires it to keep them secure.
Your rights
